1. Agreement
By buying a license, creating an account, or using our software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What we provide
CERANIMUS provides broadcast software and related tools (the “product”), offered under a license. Individual products and their features are described on our website. We may improve or change features over time.
3. Licenses and accounts
- A license grants you the right to use the product as described at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account.
- Licenses are for your own use and may not be resold or sublicensed unless we agree in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the product unlawfully or to harm others.
- Attempt to bypass the licensing system or access data that is not yours.
- Disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows it.
5. Payment and renewal
Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller for the transaction. Where a license renews, we will make the renewal terms clear before you are charged. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The product, its code, and its branding remain the property of CERANIMUS. Your content and data remain yours; the license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to provide support at hello@ceranimus.com. We may perform maintenance and, occasionally, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
8. Warranty and liability
The product is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the period concerned. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, giving notice where reasonable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where CERANIMUS is established, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless the law gives you — for example, as a consumer — a different right. The exact governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed before launch.
